TTT Courses enhance ACEG’s staff training system

In order to drive the building of the learning organization and the team of ACEG’s internal trainers and improve their teaching skills and curriculum development abilities, ACEG has successfully carried out a 3-day training course - Train The Trainer ( TTT / Internal Trainer Training ) course, for its internal trainers from July 11 to 13 in Hefei, the capital city of east China’s Anhui province, it was also the 3rd round Internal Trainer Training Courses of ACEG and more than 40 internal trainers from all levels of ACEG and its affiliated units participated in the training activity.
 
 
Internal trainers refer to the teachers who train the internal employees of an enterprise. The obvious advantages of internal training is that it is customized according to the actual training needs of the enterprise. Internal trainers should come up not only with systematic modern management knowledge and skills, but adding values to the enterprise.
 
This round of training is one of the annual key training tasks of ACEG Party School (Education and Training Center), which is a crucial measure to improve its talent training systems based on the actual requirements of ACEG development.
 
With the theme of “Extraction of experiences – development of curriculums and training the trainers”, from aspects as course development and teaching methods and skills design, the training course has provides a comprehensive and practical curriculum for internal trainers.
 
What’s more, the training course organizer has invited Mr. Wu Jun, - a well-known expert / coach for practical TTT training / presentation / expression, to give lectures. Mr. Wu Jun has conducted his training for the internal trainers this round in five aspects: analysis of learning needs, construction of course structures, extraction of learning contents, design of teaching strategies and compilation of teaching materials.
 
All the internal trainers participated in the training were divided into 8 teams, each team has selected its own theme and worked out its courses in stages through teaching strategy designs, flexibly used the knowledges learned in the training courses and extracted the skills of presentation, interactive communication and other skills to conduct the on-site teaching and practices.
 
Every individual internal trainer also has introduced the background, target and structure of the courses developed and simulated the specific knowledge points to show their learning experiences to the leaders and colleagues and presented the learning results and a warm atmosphere could be seen at the scene   and good results could be expected.
 
A questionnaire survey was conducted after the training. The curriculum, teaching styles, lecture arrangement, qualities and organization and management of the activities were highly evaluated, the internal trainers said, through this training, they have benefited a lot and with the knowledge learned and the skills mastered, they have broadened their visions and improved their overall abilities.
